This website

This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising or third-party scripts. Our web server keeps standard request logs (IP address, time, page and browser) for security and operations.

If you submit the demo form, we receive the fields you fill in and use them only to answer your request: to schedule a demo, set up a trial, send a price or plan a migration.

The product

When you use Metrixed, you decide what data is tracked in your workspace. For that data, you are the controller and we process it on your behalf, under the data processing agreement.

Account data (names and e-mail addresses of your users, partners and advertisers) is used to provide the service, to secure sign-in and to send service e-mails.

Retention

Demo requests are kept while we are in contact and then deleted on request. Workspace data follows the retention settings of your plan and workspace, and is deleted when a workspace is closed and purged.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data, or object to its use, by writing to hello@metrixed.com.
