Data processing agreement

Summary

When Metrixed processes personal data on your behalf (for example click IP addresses, device ids or lead fields), it does so as a processor under a data processing agreement that follows the GDPR Article 28 requirements.

The agreement covers the subject matter and duration of processing, the types of data, our obligations on confidentiality and security, sub-processors, assistance with data-subject requests, deletion or return of data at the end of the service, and audits.

Security measures

The technical measures are described on the security page: tenant isolation with row-level security, MFA, SSO, scoped API keys, sealed secrets, an audit log and per-workspace retention.

Write to hello@metrixed.com with your company name and we will send the agreement for signature, together with the current list of sub-processors.
